do you use google reader? if you read more than about 2 blogs you should. I LOVE it. Such a time saver and instant gratification all at the same time - what more can you ask for?

I do. Big time saver, and better than the other readers. I organize my feeds into folders (manage subscriptions), A List, B List, and C List. When I'm busy I only read my A List blogs. It's a good way to save even more time.
